Pricing varies by complexity of the design and size. Submit an inquiry along with all of the info about your accessory, ideas, placement, etc and we will let you know. If you need help deciding on a design, just ask:)

The usual turnaround for custom items is 1-2 weeks once received.

Once a quote is established, we will email you a total and give you return shipping and payment options. Payment is due before any prepping/painting begins. We accept Venmo, Zelle, PayPal and credit/debit card. 

For return shipment, I ship USPS Priority unless clients have a Fedex or UPS account they would rather us use. I always recommend insuring your item both ways for the full amount as we are NOT responsible for anything lost or damaged during shipment. 

We meticulously prep each item to be painted so that the paint adheres correctly. The finest quality leather paints are used for each of our pieces. This paint is water resistant. It will not crack, peel or wipe off.

Due to the custom nature of the work, we do not offer any refunds or exchanges.
